Eliminate the F word from your life.

There’s one thing that’s keeping you from moving forward, achieving your dreams and realizing your full potential – and that one thing is the dreaded “f word”… fear.

Fear is like the schoolyard bully who’s all talk and no action. It gets you all worked up, afraid to leave your comfort zone and just like that, you’re stuck following the same safe (and unfulfilling) path you’ve always taken.

Here’s the thing about fear. It’s not something you’re born with… it’s something you’ve learned and absorbed from your environment. If you grew up with a parent that pinched every penny, you may have a fear of being without money. If you were in an environment that shunned showing emotions, you may be afraid to express your authentic self.

If you’re finding that fear is holding you back from being your true self or experiencing life to its fullest, then it’s time to say. “enough is enough”. Time to eliminate the “f word” from your life, once and for all! Try something with me… think of one thing that isn’t working in your life right now. Maybe it’s a relationship with a family member, a friend or a coworker. Or perhaps you feel stuck in a job you hate. Whatever that one thing is, focus on it and ask yourself the following question:

  • What would you do differently if you had the choice? If fear wasn’t a factor, how would your life be different than it is right now?

As you’re thinking about this situation and what it could be, pay attention to how you’re feeling in that moment. Do you feel calmer? More at ease? Happier?

Hold on to that feeling! You see, I strongly believe that we attract certain things at certain times in our lives because of how we’re feeling. When we live in fear, we attract those things/people/situations we fear the most. And of course, the reverse is true in that, when we come from a place of fearlessness, we’re going to feel stronger, more confident and attract something that’s better for us.

Are you ready to let go of your fears and start living a beautiful life?

Much love,

Elle
