Genuine Health Smoothie Bowl

One of my favourite things to make is a smoothie bowl for breakfast. I always make sure to add my fermented organic gut superfoods+ into any smoothie bowl I make. I mean, why not get 22 fully fermented plant-based organic super foods and prebiotics into your body! Taking care of your gut allows the body to build a strong immune system and produce the right kind of bacteria that tells your brain thats its ok to feel good again. SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE :   1 cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt   1 tbs of raw honey   1 frozen banana   8 frozen or fresh local organic strawberries  1/3 cup of coconut milk   1 scoop of unflavoured fermented organic gut superfoods+  4-5 ice cubes      TOPPINGS :  1/4 cup of almond slivers   1 tbs of chai seeds   1 tbs of hemp seeds   1 tbs of unsweetened coconut shreds   2 sliced strawberries   1/4 cup of granola

1 frozen banana 

8 frozen or fresh local organic strawberries

1/3 cup of coconut milk 

1 scoop of unflavoured fermented organic gut superfoods+

4-5 ice cubes 

 

TOPPINGS :

1/4 cup of almond slivers 

1 tbs of chai seeds 

1 tbs of hemp seeds 

1 tbs of unsweetened coconut shreds 

2 sliced strawberries 

1/4 cup of granola
