Happy Monday everyone! How has your weekend? I have been embarking on a eight week transformation challenge. This means I have been very strict with my diet, so smoothie bowls have been my go-to treat.

I love adding Genuine Health Fermented Vegan Proteins+ , to give me extra energy and keep me fuelled for the day. What I love most about this product is that it Promotes overall digestive health. It contains 20g of fermented dietary protein per serving. The first fully fermented protein which contributes to a healthy gut, & is easy to digest.

Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2

1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt
1/3 cup cashew milk
1 large banana, frozen, slightly overripe is best
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 ice
1 tbsp chai seeds
1 pack unsweetened Asai
1 tbsp collegan
1 scoop genuine health cocnut protein
Possible Toppings:

maple syrup for drizzling
Toasted coconut flakes
Toasted, sliced almonds
blueberries/rasberries
Chopped dark chocolate
Granola

In a large blender, combine the  yogurt, cashew milk, banana, vanilla extract, Asia, chai Protein powder, collgen and ice. Blend until smooth. If too watery, add a little more yogurt. If too thick, add a little more cashew milk.

Pour into serving dishes or halved coconuts. Drizzle with desired amount of honey or maple syrup. Sprinkle with any of the following toppings: coconut flakes, almonds, blueberries, dark chocolate, and granola.

Serve immediately.
